A sound bundle refers to a curated assortment of sounds, including vocal loops and vocal one-shots, which are intentionally created as foundational elements for music producers to incorporate into their work. These sound bundles are an essential tool for many music creators, serving as a springboard for their creations, or providing the spark for exploring uncharted musical landscapes.

Furthermore, the creation of these sound bundles can become a source of revenue for their makers. NowVocal is a platform that showcases an extensive range of vocal sound bundles, supplied by a plethora of labels and creators, offering distinct sounds for music creators to select from. While the creation of a sound bundle is accessible to anyone, it demands a level of discipline, inventiveness, drive, and perseverance to do it successfully. In this page, we’ll discuss both the creative and technical facets involved in curating your own vocal sound bundle.

Submission Preparation

Before you send your vocals, you need to properly package your submission. This involves creating a zip file that contains all required elements: the full-length MP3 audio of each of your vocals and a .txt file that details all the necessary information about your vocals.

1. Audio Files and Samples

NowVocal are excited to receive your sample packs, please submit vocals for house/dance music and any other sub genres within this style of music.

Firstly, convert your vocals into an MP3 format, ensuring they are the full, final versions of each vocal.

Make sure your vocals loop without any clicks or issues and the start point of the vocal is correct.

Sample pack sizes vary, 50-150 samples is a good starting point. Vocals can range between 1 shots, phrases or vocals for full tracks.

2. Text File with Information

Next, you’ll need to create a .txt file that includes all of the vocal details. Below are the headings you should include in the .txt file:

Title: The name of each vocal.
Artist Name: Your artist or group name.
Key: The filters your song links to, i.e. Genre, BPM, Key
Price: The price you intend to sell your individual vocals and whole sample packs for.

Description: A description of your sample pack.

3. Packaging

Finally, once you’ve gathered all these elements, you should package them into a single zip file. This makes it easier to send and receive your submission.

Please also provide any artwork to be used for your vocal samples.

Submitting Your Songs

Once you have your zip file ready, it’s time to send it to us. Email your submission to contact@nowvocal.com, and include “Music Submission – [Your Artist Name]” as the subject line of the email. This will help us to quickly and correctly identify your submission.

Quality Control and Copyright Laws

At NowVocal, we value the creativity and originality of artists. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny submissions if we find the sample is too similar to an existing track or if it appears to be a direct copy. This is to protect the rights of all artists and to ensure that we are complying with copyright laws. Please only submit original works to which you own the rights.

Thank you for considering NowVocal as a platform for your music. We look forward to receiving your submissions and helping you share your art with the world. Remember, the world is waiting to hear your unique sound!
